Employees of Alpha Opportunities, First thank you for all allowing me the opportunity to be your leader and trusting the process that changing in the organization to help shape Alpha Opportunities to be the best it can be! I am sharing with you the vision that I have for the organization and was part of my presentation to the board of directors during the interview process for the position. I want you all to share in this vision for the organization. Our Journey Beyond Excellence focuses on becoming an owner in the organization versus a renter of the organization. If you do not have the tools of the vision in which the organization is focusing on becoming, then how can you trust the prosses and vest in the ownership? This holds all of us accountable to maintain the goals and growing the organization! I hope you all join in the journey beyond excellence and continue to believe and trust in the prosses.
